7 days, no reason needed
If the 90-day pass is not for you, you can have your money back within 7 days of buying it.
The rule
The 90-day pass ($49): a full refund on request within 7 days of purchase. No reason needed.
The 7 days count from the day you pay, even if your pass has not started yet.
After 7 days, no refund.
An extension ($15 for 30 days) bought by mistake: refunded the same way, within 7 days of purchase.
How to ask
Write to support@aielectriciantutor.com from the email address on your account, and say which purchase. That is all.
The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If something went wrong with a payment, please write to us before asking your bank to reverse it — it is faster for you.
What stays open
The free week is not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund; the Daily 15 stays free either way.
