AI Electrician Tutor

Terms of use

The terms, in plain English

These are the terms for using AI Electrician Tutor at aielectriciantutor.com. Using the site, or creating an account, means you agree to them.

What this is

AI Electrician Tutor is a study app for a journeyman electrician exam on the 2026 NEC (Texas’s TDLR exam verified; other 2026-book states welcome): practice questions, a timed practice exam, drills for finding a section fast in your own code book, and a short daily drill. It runs in your phone’s browser.

It is not affiliated with TDLR, PSI or NFPA. We cite them; that’s all.

Practice material, not the code book

The questions and explanations are practice material we wrote, each read against the 2026 NEC by a person before it went live. They are not the code book and do not replace it, and nothing here is legal, safety or engineering advice.

On a real job, the code your jurisdiction has adopted, the inspector, and your licence rules decide what is right. Use your own book.

We work to keep every card correct. If you think one is wrong, write to support@aielectriciantutor.com and we will look at it. We make no promise about your exam result.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

You need to be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you.

Give us an email address that is yours: it is how you sign in, and how we reach you about your account.

What the 90-day pass opens

A new account gets 7 days with everything open, no card. After that the Daily 15 stays open to every signed-in account, and the Path, the Gym, Speed Lookup and the timed practice exam open with the 90-day pass.

The pass is one payment. It runs 90 days from the moment you buy it and nothing renews by itself. When it is running out you can add 30 days with an extension.

The amounts are on the pass page. Refunds follow the rule on Refunds. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Fair use

Do not share an account, copy the questions out of the app in bulk, run scripts against it, or try to get into parts of it that are not yours. We may suspend an account that does; we write to you first unless it is still happening.

Changes

The app changes as we improve it, and these terms may change with it. When they do, this page gets a new date. A change never takes away days you have already bought.

Ending

You can stop using the site whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account at support@aielectriciantutor.com.

If we ever stop running the service while your pass still has days on it, we refund the days you did not get.

Responsibility

The app is provided as it is. As far as Texas law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and the most we owe you for any claim is the amount you spent with us in the 12 months before it.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Texas.
